We process your data under Moroccan law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and, for visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect

• Contact form: name, email, phone, company, service, budget and message.
• Quote form: profile (business or agency), name, phone, email, company, activity, package, budget, timing, existing website and message.
• WhatsApp messages or emails you send us.
• Browsing data: pages viewed, device, traffic source, form interactions (through the measurement tools listed below).

Why we use your data

We never sell your data and we never send marketing without your consent.

• To answer your request and get back to you (at your request).
• To prepare and follow up a quote or project (pre-contractual steps and contract).
• To measure site traffic and improve its content (legitimate interest or consent depending on your country).
• To measure how our Google and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) ads perform.

Recipients and service providers

Your data is only meant for FastDevWeb. We use these technical providers:

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): delivers form submissions by email.
• Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads tag): traffic and conversion measurement.
• Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel): Facebook and Instagram ad measurement.
• Cloudflare: website hosting and security.
• WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.

Transfers outside Morocco

Some of these providers are based outside Morocco, notably in the United States. These transfers are covered by their contractual data protection commitments.

Retention

• Contact and quote requests that do not lead to a project: up to 3 years after the last exchange.
• Client data: for the duration of the project, then as required by law (accounting).
• Google Analytics statistics: up to 14 months.

Cookies and trackers

The site uses measurement and advertising cookies: Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*), Google Ads and Meta (_fbp). They count visits and show which ads bring in requests.

You can block or delete them at any time in your browser settings, or through Google's (adssettings.google.com) and Meta's ad preference pages. The site works without them.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and object to the use of your data and, for EU residents, the right to erasure, restriction and portability. Email us at contact@fastdevweb.com: we reply within 30 days.

You can also contact Morocco's data protection authority (CNDP, www.cndp.ma) or, in the EU, your national authority (for example the CNIL in France).

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and the forms are protected against automated submissions. Only the FastDevWeb team can access the requests we receive.
